What you will be doing:

• Perform comprehensive geotechnical engineering analyses, including proposal development, reports, and plans.
• Cultivate key client relationships to drive the growth of our geotechnical engineering services.
• Collaborate with our Transportation Services Group on DOT and local agency projects.
• Mentor and coach less experienced team members for professional development.
• Serve as a project manager overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
• Prepare, review, and edit technical documents to meet quality objectives.
• Actively engage in professional and community organizations to enhance visibility and relationships.

Skills You Need:

• Master's Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer registration is required. PE required
• 10 years of related experience in consulting engineering practice.
• Familiarity with software tools like Mathcad, Slide, CT shoring, and Allpile or LPile.
