We are a leading organization in the electric vehicle industry, dedicated to the development and production of cutting-edge EV charging equipment. As an industry leader, we prioritize sustainable growth and the delivery of high-quality products. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced EV Charging Equipment Manufacturing Facility Manager to join our team and lead our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the establishment and development of our state-of-the-art EV charging equipment manufacturing facility.
Recruit, hire, and build a highly skilled team of manufacturing professionals to support the facility's operations.
Implement and execute a proven business model for sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
Devise and implement manufacturing strategies that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase overall productivity.
Establish and enforce operational controls to ensure the highest standards of product quality and safety.
Oversee all aspects of manufacturing, including sales, production planning, scheduling, and shipment.
Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure EV charging products are manufactured according to specifications and within acceptable tolerances.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for process optimization.
Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers to facilitate smooth operations.
Create and manage operational budgets, ensuring that the company operates within financial guidelines.
Supervise the logistics of shipping and receiving products to and from the facility.
Collaborate with upper management to formulate and implement long-term EV charging product manufacturing strategies to support company growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing management, with a strong background in the electric vehicle industry being highly desirable.
Demonstrated success in leadership roles within a manufacturing environment, ideally specializing in the production of IoT devices or electrical equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and inspiring team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Proficiency in Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodology.
Familiarity with quality control processes and ISO standards.
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing software programs.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, displaying flexibility and adaptability.
