Signal Ridge Owners Association is Hiring a General Laborer Near Rockwall, TX
This job is for a condominium complex. Job consists of the majority of work to be done in a outside environment. Job duties are carpentry, water line repairs, sprinkler repairs, cleaning trash from the grounds, some pool maintenance, landscaping maintenance, etc. The ideal candidate will have basic carpentry skills and be able to take on any other type projects. Must not be afraid of heights, as there are projects that require climbing approximately 20 feet on a ladder and getting on two story roof.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Grounds Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
Work Location: In person
