Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Director to join our team in the manufacturing industry. As the Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization and ensuring that all financial strategies are aligned with our business goals. You will be working closely with our executive team to drive financial growth and success. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with our business goals
- Oversee the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Manage the cost accounting process to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
- Work closely with the executive team to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Manage the financial planning process and provide guidance on financial decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and investors
- Manage the SAP financial system and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and productivity
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and laws
- Experience with cost accounting and SAP financial system
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in the medical industry is a plus
