We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and has a keen interest in renewable energy. The successful candidate will be involved in various projects, primarily focusing on photovoltaic (PV) systems, including utility-scale solar and commercial-scale solar projects. The candidate will utilize their expert knowledge and experience in AutoCAD, Helioscope, and PVsyst to design, develop, and enhance our solar energy systems.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop utility-scale solar and commercial-scale solar projects using PV systems.
2. Utilize AutoCAD, Helioscope, and PVsyst to create detailed electrical designs and schematics.
3. Perform electrical engineering calculations and analyses to ensure the safety and functionality of solar energy systems.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, installation teams, and other engineers to ensure project success.
5. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for solar energy systems.
6. Conduct site inspections and system audits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
7. Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise.
8. Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in solar energy and electrical engineering technologies.
9. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
10. Ensure all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes comply with established policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical engineering, specifically in PV Solar projects at Utility-Scale Solar and/or Commercial-Scale.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Helioscope, and/or PVsyst is a must.
4. Strong understanding of electrical theory, solar energy systems, and renewable energy technologies.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
9. Proven track record of adhering to safety standards and procedures.
10. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
