Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Provide strategic direction and technical leadership to the engineering team, ensuring the development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of talented engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Responsible for hiring, training, and performance management.
