We are seeking a dedicated and passionate IVF Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry

This role will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of patient care related to In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), ensuring the highest level of service at all times

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IVF coordination, with exceptional clinical and administrative skills.

Job Details

Responsibilities :

Coordinate all aspects of patient care related to IVF, including initial consultation, treatment planning, monitoring, and follow-up.

Provide education and counseling to patients regarding IVF procedures, medications, and treatment plans.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to IVF.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives, striving for continuous improvement in patient care and service.

Provide support and guidance to patients throughout their IVF journey, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Stay abreast of the latest developments in IVF, maintaining a high level of professional competence and knowledge.

Qualifications :

Registered Nurse (RN) or Medical Assistant (MA) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in IVF coordination.

Demonstrated knowledge of IVF procedures, medications, and treatment plans.

Exceptional clinical and administrative skills, with a strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

High level of professionalism, with a commitment to providing the highest level of patient care and service.

Proficient in the use of medical software and technology.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
