About the Role :

The A List is seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative Showroom Maintenance Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing team and make a positive impact within the company.

The role will include daily maintenance of business operations which will include but are not limited to managing client spaces and backstock while working in a fast-paced environment.

An ideal candidate will be personable, calm and organized under pressure, have the ability to multitask and problem solve, be eager to learn in a dynamic environment, and possess a positive attitude that no job is too big or too small.

Roles Responsibilities :

Responsible for overall Showroom maintenance, cleaning, supplies and daily operations

• Provide support on all showroom admin as needed
• Heavy unpacking, moving boxes, merchandising and assembling gifting packages
• Steam, fold and set Showroom floor according to client merchandising guidelines
• Monitor and maintain the facility’s inventory of maintenance supplies and client’s products and report any shortages or needs to supervisor
• Support on celebrity and digital influencer seedings / giftings including (and not limited to) updating client status reports, placing orders for products, maintaining spreadsheets, organizing shipping and receiving, tracking talent placements, keeping inventory, etc.

Requirements :

• Entry level or 1 year coordinator experience
• Ability to make independent decisions on a daily basis, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks
• Organization, prioritization and problem solving are the core elements of this position's responsibilities. You must know how to keep yourself and others organized and how to prioritize tasks.
• Must collaborate with other administrators and support personnel, management and clients on a regular basis
• Knowledge of Google Suite, Canva and Powerpoint
• Must have valid driver's license and transportation
