Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ground-up construction and project management.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage and motivate construction crews and subcontractors.
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues and problems quickly and effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
