Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Civil Project Engineer to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects, from inception to completion, in a hybrid work arrangement with up to 4 days a week remote.! The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals, driving the delivery of high-quality civil engineering land development projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and lead a variety of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
2. Utilize your expertise in site design to provide innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients.
3. Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to create detailed design drawings and specifications for land development projects.
5. Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, including architects, surveyors, contractors and other engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
6. Continually seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures, promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
7. Promote and incorporate sustainability principles into all projects, in line with our commitment to sustainable development.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum 3-8 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site design and land development.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is essential.
4. Strong knowledge of sustainability principles and their application in civil engineering projects.
5. Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
7. Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
8. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
9. Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required.
