Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Account Manager to join our team in the Automation industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, automation solutions, and managing customer relationships. The candidate must have experience in developing existing customer pipelines in the medical device or life sciences industry. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in the medical device or life sciences industry
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for expanding existing customer pipelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative automation solutions that meet customer needs
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, automation solutions, and managing customer relationships
  • Experience in developing existing customer pipelines in the medical device or life sciences industry
  • Strong knowledge of automation solutions and their applications in the medical device or life sciences industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred, but not required
