Our esteemed law firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning and probate law, with a passion for providing top-notch legal services to our clients. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to work alongside a team of seasoned professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling complex legal issues, and contributing to the firm's overall success.

• Provide comprehensive legal assistance and representation in matters related to estate planning and probate law.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring that their legal needs are met and exceeded.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including wills, trusts, power of attorney documents, and probate court filings.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, as necessary.
• Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal regulations and best practices.
• Contribute to the development of the firm's reputation through excellent client service and professional conduct.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and a member in good standing with the Florida State Bar.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning and probate law.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal cases from initiation to resolution.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively represent clients and articulate complex legal strategies.
• High degree of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
