Job Description

This role is on site in Naples, FL. Our preeminent law firm client is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join their team in their Naples office.
Our client is a multidisciplinary AmLaw 200 legal services provider with approximately 550 attorneys practicing at the top of the profession in Chicago, Denver, Indianapolis, Madison, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Naples, Phoenix, San Diego, St. Louis, Tampa, Tucson, and Washington, D.C.
Responsibilities:

Draft and negotiate documents relating to the full spectrum of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including development, purchases and sales, real estate secured loans, construction contracts, modification and workout documents and leases, as well as related due diligence work and closing these and other real estate transactions.

Qualifications:
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $175,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Qualifications

Must currently hold a law license in Florida
Must have approximately 4 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
Having some experience in high-value residential transactions is preferred
