Job Details

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• LLM in Taxation, CPA, preferred
• Barred in Michigan.
• 3 years of experience specializing in tax law, ideally at a mid to large-sized law firm.
• Partnership Tax.
• Operating Agreements.
• Mergers & Acquisitions.
