Alliance Resource Group is partnered with a leading Private Equity firm based out of West LA to support the build-out of their growing Accounting and Finance team.

In particular, the team is looking for a Finance and Accounting manager with an established background in Private Equity and Investments.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for both Management and GP companies, including forecasting applicable fees & earnings
• Develop KPIs, prepare ad-hoc and routine reporting, and continuously assess liquidity & cash management for Management & GP companies
• Conduct market research, review of SEC filings, and other benchmarking of industry peers
• Supervise a team of 10 within Accounting & Finance
• Support quarterly close, financial reporting, and external investment reporting

Requirements for the role:

• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA or CFA required
• 5-8 years within accounting/finance for investments, PE, AM, etc.
