We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Manager to join our finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The successful candidate will play an integral role in our financial operations, providing critical support in all aspects of accounting, including financial reporting, analysis, budgets, and GL maintenance. The Accounting Manager will lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing strategic insights that guide our company's financial planning. This includes cash flow management, general financial oversight, annual budget preparation, reporting and analytics, managing the month-end close process, fiscal year-end and WIP reporting.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all phases of accounting operations, including financial reporting, analysis, budgets, and GL maintenance.
2. Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing strategic insights to guide the company's financial planning.
3. Responsible for cash flow management and general financial oversight.
4. Lead the annual budget preparation, reporting and analytics.
5. Manage the month-end close process and fiscal year-end.
6. Responsible for WIP reporting and other financial reporting as required.
7. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
8. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, improve financial reporting, and drive financial performance.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the finance industry.
3. Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting principles.
4. Proven experience in managing the budgeting and forecasting processes.
5. Demonstrated ability in cash flow management and general financial oversight.
6. Experience in annual budget preparation, reporting and analytics.
7. Proficient in managing the month-end close process and fiscal year-end.
8. Experience in WIP reporting and other financial reporting.
9. Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
10. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
11. Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
