The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a variety of projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a high level of strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a variety of marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate internal resources, and manage stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Use project management tools such as ProofHQ and Hot Sheets to track project progress, manage changes, and communicate updates effectively.
- Identify potential risks and issues, devise contingency plans, and take corrective action when necessary to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate meetings, conduct reviews, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices.
- Act as a consultant and advisor to internal teams, providing expert guidance on project management best practices and strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, and leverage this knowledge to inform project strategies and decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in pharma
- Proven experience managing complex, high-stakes projects from start to finish.
- Proficiency in project management software, including ProofHQ and Hot Sheets.
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and navigate challenges effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the marketing industry and current trends, with a deep understanding of marketing strategies and tactics.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and a drive for results.
- Ability to work independently and flexibly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
