Benefits Offered Job DetailsJob Details We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and motivated Consulting Freelance Associate Director, Project Management to join our team in the Marketing industry. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into the details. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a variety of projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a high level of strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership skills. Responsibilities
Lead and manage a variety of marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate internal resources, and manage stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Use project management tools such as ProofHQ and Hot Sheets to track project progress, manage changes, and communicate updates effectively.
Identify potential risks and issues, devise contingency plans, and take corrective action when necessary to keep projects on track.
Facilitate meetings, conduct reviews, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices.
Act as a consultant and advisor to internal teams, providing expert guidance on project management best practices and strategies.
Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, and leverage this knowledge to inform project strategies and decisions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in pharma
Proven experience managing complex, high-stakes projects from start to finish.
Proficiency in project management software, including ProofHQ and Hot Sheets.
Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and navigate challenges effectively.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Knowledge of the marketing industry and current trends, with a deep understanding of marketing strategies and tactics.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and a drive for results.
Ability to work independently and flexibly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
