The Company is seeking a General Manager/COO to lead its team and oversee all aspects of the club's operations. This role requires a hands-on approach, with a focus on providing superior service, optimizing financial performance, and leading significant capital projects. The ideal candidate will have a critical eye for detail, be highly focused on hospitality, and be able to create a culture where training and accountability are paramount. A Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in club or hospitality management are essential, with a preference for CMAA or PGA certification.Responsibilities for the General Manager/COO include developing long-range and annual business plans, managing marketing and membership relations programs, and ensuring the quality of all club services. The role also involves financial management, staff supervision, and maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The successful candidate will be a key influencer, setting the standard for effective communication, professional development, and fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Experience in managing significant capital projects and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders are crucial. The GM/COO will be the ultimate authority on inter-departmental matters and will be expected to perform other duties as directed by the Board.
