The successful candidate will be a key influencer, setting the standard for effective communication, professional development, and fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Experience in managing significant capital projects and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders are crucial. The GM/COO will be the ultimate authority on inter-departmental matters and will be expected to perform other duties as directed by the Board.
