Legal Assistant and Paralegal (Personal Injury)

Up to $60,000 to start plus full benefits

As Legal Assistant and Paralegal, you will:

• Join an established personal injury law firm
• Support a Senior Partner
• Perform scheduling and calendaring functions
• Monitor the Partner's email inbox
• Create routine and special correspondence
• Answer calls and respond to inquiries
• Administer intake processes for new clients
• Organize and maintain case files
• Perform legal research and create legal drafts
• Administer e-filing activities
• Perform additional document review, document control and document processing functions
• Track hours for billing purposes
• Handle special projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• Legal Assistant and/or Paralegal experience
• e-Filing experience

Pluses:

• Experience from a personal injury law firm
