Construction Superintendent
Up to $80,000 to start plus full benefits
As Construction Superintendent, you will:
- Manage construction projects throughout the Midwest (Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin)
- Review and evaluate project specifications
- Oversee daily construction activities, project by project, from pre-planning to completion
- Manage material and labor requirements
- Setup crews and administer construction scheduling
- Coordinate the delivery of materials to jobsites
- Uphold all quality, safety and compliance standards
- Administer all construction documentation
- Conduct meetings with construction teams and project stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
- Provide routine status updates and special reports
- Manage project punch-lists
- Travel to and/or remain on job sites as needed
- Close-out projects upon completion
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 2-3 years of Construction Superintendent, Construction Manager, Construction Supervisor, Construction Foreman, Construction Project Management and/or similar/related experience
With:
- The ability to travel to and/or remain on job sites as needed
Pluses:
- OSHA Certification[s]
- A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Structural Engineering or similar / related
