The Successful Applicant

• 5 years of experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor or developer
• Residential experience strongly preferred
• Experience working on $1MM projects
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field is plus but not required
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments simultaneously
• Strong time management, oral and written communication skills
• OSHA certification
