Job Store Staffing is seeking a Law Firm Receptionist in the Centennial, CO area! Applicants must have legal experience to be considered for this role.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

Pay: $21-$24/hr *depending on experience

Law Firm Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals

-Scan large legal documents
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks
- Transcribe documents and prepare reports
- Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings and events
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Law Firm Receptionist Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficient in using computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment operation
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
