Our client is an internationalmanufacturer of advanced polymer materials. As a result of their growth, they need a ContinuousImprovement Engineer for their plant in Tennessee (near Memphis), who will

• be responsible for identifying, developing, andimplementing process improvement initiatives throughout the company 
• establish and enhance efficiency, quality, and safety with a focus on costsavings.
• have experience operating in a manufacturing environment whilecreating information visualization, information flow tracking, optimization,and process modeling.

REQUIREMENTS

• Engineering degree
• 25% Travel
• Continuous Improvement experience
• Experience working for a manufacturer. (Someone out of the polymer processing, resins colorants world is ideal.)
• Experience leading Kaizen events
• Excellent communication skills (such as knowing how to get buy-in on the plant floor and getting the Plant Managers and other senior professionals in the plants to see the need etc)
