• Critical Thinking in Care Delivery: Provide specialized care, including titration of intravenous medications and conscious sedation for cardioversions, with a focus on safety and infection control.

• Education: AD or Diploma nurses, with BSN completion within 5 years of hire for those hired after January 2010. MSN or DNP a plus.

• Licensure: Current Ohio RN licensure, BLS certification, and ACLS certification within 6 months of hire. Specialty certification encouraged.
