We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care to patients and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

• Position: Full Time - Registered Nurse
• Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
• Schedule: 3, 12 hour shifts (36 hours/ week)
• Unit: Medical-Surgical Stepdown
• Hourly Rate: $45.00 - $55.00 (Depending on Education & Experience)

What You'll Do:

• Requires specialized knowledge, judgment, and skills to provide care to groups and individuals.
• Utilizes knowledge derived from the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• All care is provided based on the concepts inherent in the model of care which promotes an on-going partnership between patients and families and the team of healthcare providers.
• The care is culturally based and age specific.
• Adheres to American Nursing Association (ANA) code of ethics and to the scope of practice described in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Demonstrates the knowledge, abilities, and skills to provide age and culturally specific patient care and education.
• Effectively communicates with peers, utilizes appropriate channels of communication and maintains absolute confidentiality.
• Maintains competence and demonstrates evidence of continuing professional growth.
• Demonstrates the ability to accept and implement change and the ability to work in a culturally diverse setting.

What You’ll Bring:

• Required Education: Diploma of Nursing.
• Preferred Education: BSN
• Ohio RN License or Compact.
• BLS (American Heart Assoc.)
• ACLS (American Heart Assoc.)
• NIH stroke scale
