• Education: Nurses with an AD, Diploma, or BSN (BSN required within 5 years of hire if after January 2010). MSN or DNP a plus.
• Experience: Open to new graduates, with specialized knowledge or skills in providing culturally specific patient care.
• Licensure: Current Ohio RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS (within 6 months of hire in specific units).
