• Preparation and Precision: Ready the OR with all necessary instruments and supplies, ensuring each procedure’s specific requirements are met with high attention to detail and aseptic techniques.
• Teamwork and Efficiency: Work closely with a dedicated team of nurses, technologists, and surgeons to perform a wide range of specialized cardiovascular surgeries. Your adaptability and commitment to teamwork will keep our OR running seamlessly.
• Safety and Care: Promote a safe surgical environment, meticulously count instruments and sponges, and adhere to universal precautions, protecting patients and team members alike.

• Experience and Expertise: Preferably 1 year of CVOR experience, with a strong foundation in surgical technology and patient care principles.
• Certification and Education: Graduation from an approved school of surgical technology. BLS certification and CST by a recognized body required.
