Full time, based in our New York Salon.

You must have strong communication skills, understand proper etiquette for a high-end skincare salon and have a polished look as you will be a leader to the team.

The position is a highly visible role in the company and it is the center of communication for customers and employees. You will share the responsibilities of the spa with the Salon Manger.

A brief description of the position will be assisting the Salon Manager in day to day functions, holding the position of a front desk employee who answers phone calls, emails, schedules and checks clients in/out. Additionally this person would coordinate with estheticians on clients & their services and sell them packages that benefit the clients skin care needs

You can increase your income by earning commission on packages sold.

Responsibilities

• Supports manager and desk team for our New York Spa by the coordination of clients and estheticians
• Helps clients by educating them on the different facial packages
• Helps clients to achieve their beauty goals by scheduling them regularly
• Helps clients to achieve their beauty goals by selling them the correct facial or massage package
• Work closely with manager on inventory and demand planning
• Helps foster a professional environment where all can flourish
• Helps to facilitate or in identifying retail channels
• Manage purchase orders and receipt flow, tracking deliveries with clients as needed
• Foster strong relationships with clients, and provide timely follow-up to any queries

• Work collaboratively with cross functional JV teams, building effective partnerships

Requirements/Preferred

· 3 years of experience in beauty or spa management

. 3 years preferred in retail sales

· Highly organized self-starter with strong project management skills and attention to detail

· Positive attitude

· Ability to commute to our New York location with open availability

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
