JNR Adjustment Company, Inc. is looking for self-motivated call center with high volume call center experience in the Maitland area.

Responsibilities

• Call center representatives are responsible for helping consumers during outbound/inbound fielding and resolving calls.
• The representatives must resolve questions and perform tasks related to vehicle damage insurance. This will include securing payment over the telephone from consumers, resolving consumers’ balances by offering and accepting all appropriate payment arrangements, understanding the charges, providing accurate information, and facilitating resolution to consumers’ inquiries while representing our clients in a professional and positive manner.

Skills/Experience

• One year of call center experience is required.
• Engaging and enthusiastic personality
• High level of integrity
• Ability to manage multiple tasks projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent listening and written communications skills
• Great negotiations and verbal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and overall computer skills
• Proven ability and desire to help people
• Professional phone etiquette
• Ability to work one evening a week
