Our client a longstanding and reputable car dealership located in Woburn, MA is looking to hire a few Business Development Representatives on a direct hire basis to join their team as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will come with strong written and verbal communication skills and also come with exceptional time management and follow up abilities as well.

The client is looking for someone who comes with experience in the automotive space.

The main job responsibilities for these Business Development Representative (BDR) roles include the following tasks:

• Reach out to and follow up with up with prospective customers
• Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market to potential customers
• Connect new customers with appropriate service team member
• Work with customers in a professional, well-spoken manner
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online
• Proactively build out prospecting network
• Log all activity in a CRM database
• Meet and exceed goals each month and quarter

Position has a $30K base salary and comes with a very competitive commission/bonus plan as well. OTE in year one will be in the $50-80K range.
