Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding product selection, pricing, and delivery
- Create quotes and expedite orders for customers
- Become proficient in company computer-based business systems and equipment quotation and selection programs.
- Assist with the facilitation of factory orders
- Purchase products from vendors as required
- Enter & expedite job control sheets and factory competitive quotation memos
- Attend training classes at manufacturing facilities and JMP sales territories
- Support management’s efforts to meet manufacturers’ sales quotas and facilitate product promotions.
- Coordinate with office admin to publish quotes
- Provide follow-up and tracking for all job quotes
