About the Role
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the day-to-day organization and coordination of business operation duties and Customer Care procedures. This position involves high-level contact and effective communication with internal management, outside agencies, and customers. This position requires the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment to support all facets of daily operation. Work must be performed in a timely and accurate manner, always preserving confidentiality and security of information. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.

Work Schedule / Supervision
Position: Full-time; 40 hours per week: can be substantially more: possible 5% travel with overnight stays out of town
Position Status:Exempt Status: without compensation and without notice
Recommended Education / Experience
Education: High School diploma required, 2-year degree in business or related field preferred.
Experience: 5 years of experience as an Office Manager or Customer Service agent; with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint): ERP experience and written and verbal presentation skills; strong organizational and planning skills.
