JLL is Hiring a People Experience Specialist Near Chicago, IL
This role will provide localized HR services to employees through moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle. They'll collaborate across HR teams and the business to understand the local needs of employees and execute HR tasks with speed and agility. Compliance and quality are at the forefront of this role.
Account Hiring & Onboarding
Manage client Staffing Request process
Produce reports related to SRs, open requisitions, and positions being filled via Excel
Report monthly hiring/staffing metrics
Support on account PXP in assisting with compensation analysis and approvals for offers, market/equity adjustments, and yearly merit/bonus cycles
Support Operations Team with onboarding new employees
Account Admin
Collaborate with Operations Team to produce/maintain account HR documents
Support on account PXP in reviewing and suggesting improvements to processes that require HR involvement for efficiency and efficacy
Partner with Communications Manager to provide HR updates to account personnel in a timely manner
Process transactions in Workday (request sup orgs, process terminations, comp changes, move workers, create reports, etc.)
Utilize HR resources (Workday, HR Direct, Teams, SharePoint) to assist employees
Assist employees with HR platforms and resources (Workday, HR Direct, ADP)
Employee Lifecycle
Assist PXP(s) with yearly HR initiatives (talent review, succession planning, performance evaluation, merit and bonus planning)
Support on account PXP in guiding managers through the performance management process and maintain documentation
Advise managers and employees on HR policies and best practices
Support PXP Partner with Employee Relations as needed
Financial Services Overall Support
Collaborate with recruiters/PXPs to determine a list of open jobs to feature within Financial Services
Support Financial Services PXP Lead, People Partners and HR Lead with reporting and projects as needed
Provide Financial Services Communications Manager with a list of all new hires within the Financial Services service line on a monthly basis
Preferred Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (e.g.,BS in human resources, business administration or a related discipline)
2 years of relevant experiencedelivering HR and Operational activity within a complex organization
Solid analytical and research skills and experience extracting, tracking, and organizing data from various databases for metrics, reports, etc
Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, including v look ups
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to set priorities, plan, and organize tasks and deliverables as needs evolve
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
