Maintenance Technician

The maintenance technician is responsible for the day to day operations of the property including the building and grounds.

Essential Job Functions:

Trash pickup

Maintain common areas including laundry and office

Complete work orders and make readies

Painting, cleaning, and repairs

Landscaping

Monthly inspections

Preventative and seasonal maintenance

Maintain and order supplies

On call

Eyes and ears of the property

Communicate with manager and residents

Ability to trouble shoot

Meet deadlines

Adjust maintain and repair tools equipment and machines

Other duties as designed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
