POSITION SUMMARY: The server is responsible for serving food and beverages for our guests in an efficient and courteous manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions to guests as necessary
• Take guest orders by writing them down or memorizing them
• Input orders into the POS system
• Present orders to the kitchen staff
• Serve guests their prepared food and drinks while explaining the dishes as they are placed in front of each guest
• Observe diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when the meal has been completed
• Prepare bill and accept payment or refer guest to the appropriate cashier
• Clear or reset table at the end of each course
• Thank guests and kindly invite them back for a future dining experience
