RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet residents, visitors, and teammembers courteously
- Serve delicious meals and ensureresident satisfaction
- Record guest meals and report toBusiness Office Director
- Assist in preparations for specialmeals and parties
- Ensure proper storage of food andsupplies
- Assist with the daily operations andcleaning of the restaurant and server areas
- Be appropriately attired and assist inall restaurant operations as needed
- Ensure daily or scheduled cleaningduties are completed according to assignment
- Ensure that the dining area is cleanand prepared for the next meal service prior to the end of each shift
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to demonstrate adherence to proper food handling andsanitation procedures
- Awareness of teamdynamic, inventory, safety, cleanliness
- Exceptional listener and communicatorwho effectively conveys information, verbally and written
- Understands food safety procedures(e.g. temperature safety), sanitation of equipment measures, and storagetechniques
- Desire to workwith and around older adults and their families
