Bartender
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies and ingredients
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for catering events
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and making change
- Familiarity with food service and catering operations
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper hygiene practices
- Understanding of brewing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages
- Strong customer service skills with a hospitable attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
