Job Description

Summary: Manages all functions of the restaurant to ensure high quality products are delivered & ensures restaurant profitability. Responsible for the successful execution of fast & accurate sandwiches, ROCKSTAR customer service while maintaining a clean & organized shift.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages a staff of approximately 10-15 employees
• Manage hiring, training, evaluating, discipline & termination of employees
• Delegates all food preparation processes, track sales & ensures quality of food while on shifts
• Supervises all service operations while on duty. Assists In-Shop workers during rush periods to maintain restaurant efficiency
• Assists In-Shop workers with greeting customers, taking orders, using the cash register, assembling orders & checking for errors
• Provide customers with ROCKSTAR customer service when problems arise
• Route deliveries & supervises drivers to maximize delivery business & order times
• Completes daily food preparations including opening procedures, meat & vegetable slicing & consistent production of fresh bread
• Completes daily, weekly & period sales operations paperwork
• Control & monitor inventory by using weekly inventory system & maintaining regular inventory ordering schedules
• Responsible for 100% of cash handling during shifts by managing deposits & change orders per Deposit Operating Procedure

• Performs other duties as required per Area Manager needs

--Required Skills & Work Environment Setting--

• Must have strong experience on P&L management (profit & loss)
• Speak, read & write the English language. Understand use of personal computer & various softwares such as Excel & Word
• Required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands & arms, talk, hear, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision & depth perception. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, & lift up to 50 pounds when handling inventory
• Maintains professional appearance at all times in compliance with company dress code

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
