• Data Entry in construction software (BuilderTrend)
• Prepare and issue lien waivers
• Schedule meetings for senior management
• Maintain conference room calendar
• Assist with tradeshows, swag and reservations
• General office support
• Office and kitchen supply restocking
• Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors
• Process UPS mail / FedEx / USPS

• 1-2 Years proven experience as an administrative assistant and/or receptionist
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Professionalism and maturity
• Full-time position Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
