We are currently searching for a service advisor/service manager.

Responsibilities:

• Manage team on a day-to-day basis, work closely with technicians and staff.
• Develop business strategies to increase our customer pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Daily responsibilities include greeting customers, discussing services needed, selling work, managing team, operating store efficiently.

Job Requirements:

• Must have an automotive background (4 years experience required)
• Good Communication Skills
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude when faced with challenges
• High School Diploma (Degree or Certificates in Automotive Technologies Preferred)
