Description

The Managed Maintenance Support Specialist will work with the National Accounts Customer Service Team and assist with the resolution of our large National Account gas station requests for service

Job Duties Include:

• Monitor of Freshdesk to review subcontractor invoices for errors or accuracy with the agreed-upon amount for services and scope of work invoiced
• Monitor of Dedicated Client's inbox to resolve customer issues
• Monitor of phone inbox to check in contractors and create non-priority work orders
• Other tasks assigned by the National Accounts Operations Manager

Requirements

• Highly organized; Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Familiarity with ServiceMax preferred with demonstrated knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, Teams
• Team player; demonstrated ability to work assertively & collaboratively in a high-performing, fast paced team environment.
• Conflict resolution and conflict management experience
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities
• Preferred: fueling system knowledge & experience
• This is an in office position
• Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company
