JFSA of Cleveland seeks an enthusiastic, creative, and resourceful individual to join our team of highly motivated PART-TIME (20 hours/week) Digital Marketing Specialist. This office-based role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including social media marketing, email marketing, website management, and analytics.

Educational Requirements & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field of study.
• 5 years of digital marketing experience required.
• 5 years working in a non-profit social service or healthcare organization preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media marketing, email marketing, website management, and analytics/reporting.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn), content marketing principles, and email marketing best practices.
• Proficiency in website content management systems (WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS skills.
• Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track and analyze performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
• Creative thinker with a passion for social causes and making a difference in the community.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Virtuous CRM, Social Pilot, Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign is a plus
• Knowledge of the Jewish community is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour
