The Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey (JFSNJ) seeks a creative and eager Video Production Specialist to join our dynamic team! If you have a passion for storytelling, an eye for capturing meaningful moments, and a desire to create impactful videos to support a vibrant non-profit organization, this is the opportunity for you. This is an entry level position.

As a Video Production Specialist, you will have opportunities to exercise and refine your skills in all aspects of video production, including idea development, filming, and editing. From heartwarming testimonials to high-energy event coverage, you'll have the creative freedom to bring diverse stories of our South Jersey Jewish community to life and make a lasting impact.

Interested candidates MUST provide a reel/portfolio in order to be considered.

What you'll do:

• Work closely with our Digital Content Creator & Producer in all stages of production to create compelling video content that educates and inspires our community
• Film and edit new content, including b-roll and interview footage
• Edit pre-recorded footage into new videos for donor solicitations, program awareness, social media and more
• Work closely with the JFSNJ marketing team to find new ways to use video as an education and engagement tool 
• Support the Federation’s Jewish bi-weekly newspaper, The Jewish Community Voice, with digital news content to be distributed on its website and social media properties.
• Assisting with virtual program coordination i.e. Zoom webinars

Who you are:

• Have demonstrated experience with video editing and confidence working in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Comfortable with independent and team work
• Willing to try new things and learn from each project 
• Have excellent attention to detail and communication skills 
• Have basic knowledge of the Jewish religion and culture
• Be ready to try new things and take creative risks!
