Primary Purpose of Job
Serves as the primary staff in providing a clean environment throughout the Jewish Federation and related facilities. A clean facility is a primary reason people join and use the Federation. Responsible for ensuring the facilities are in top condition at all times, remain enthusiastic, and involve others as needed. Personally responsible in completing the housekeeping and cleaning tasks at the highest possible level.
Pay negotiable with experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
· Ensures the safety and comfort of all members, guests, employees, and visitors on campus, as well as reports any concerns to the direct supervisor.
· Opens/closes the facility according to the hours of operation.
· Hands on responsibility for all cleaning as dictated by the Guest Services Manager.
· Assumes additional responsibility when asked.
· Wears a company ID badge and presents a neat appearance at all times.
· Presents a professional attitude at all times.
· Utilizes his or her time wisely.
· Works extra hours when needed.
· Follows directions from supervisors
· Applies feedback to improve quality.
· Adheres to the department attendance policy and customer service expectations.
· Assists members, fellow employees, and vendors with room setups as needed.
· Completes all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Education: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
(If referred by a current employee, their name must be listed in referral section to receive bonus.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
