This department has a focus on 30-year Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) loans, we pride ourselves on offering financial products to meet our clients' diverse needs. We are currently seeking Loan Officers to join our dynamic team.

$100,500 at plan earnings

• Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them
• Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and the community at large in order to retain existing and attract new business
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals
• Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to
• Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions

• At least 1 year of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending experience required
• Must have basic skills in CRM, Microsoft apps, and current software/hardware usage
• Must be comfortable marketing on social media and in-person networking events
