Job Description:

The Marketing Data Analyst will be responsible for the orchestration, development, and oversight of impactful marketing campaigns. This role demands a collaborative approach to coordinate various teams and manage a spectrum of marketing activities, ensuring they align with our company’s goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and encourage repeat business.

- Lead campaign management for channels including email marketing, direct mail, out of home, and third-party review sites.

- Uphold brand integrity across campaigns, maintaining technical accuracy and targeted audience segmentation.

- Direct strategic initiatives for third-party review sites (e.g., Yelp!, Nextdoor, Angi’s) to optimize them as channels for lead generation.

- Generate and interpret campaign performance reports using dashboards, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.

- Draw on data from existing and historical campaigns to refine and enhance marketing strategies.

- Partner with content creators to develop engaging marketing assets.

- Work with marketing manager & marketing agencies and ensure project outcomes meet expectations.

- Administer budgets for marketing campaigns to ensure resource efficiency.

- Liaise with cross-functional teams, facilitating the seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or related field.

- At least 3 years of progressive marketing experience with an emphasis on campaign management.

- Demonstrated track record of developing, executing, and evaluating successful marketing campaigns.

- Strong analytical skills for interpreting marketing data and applying insights to campaign optimization.

- Proficient in project management, including budgeting, timeline creation, and resource coordination.

- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, with a focus on content marketing, social media, and email marketing.

- Superior communication abilities for effective interaction with team members, stakeholders, and third-party agencies.

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Service Titan Marketing Pro), customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and content management systems (CMS).

- Creative and innovative approach to crafting compelling campaign concepts.

- Agile in adapting to the latest marketing trends, technology advancements, and consumer behavior shifts.
