THE JOB:
The Chef de Cuisine is a key part of the F&B leadership team driving culinary excellence at our restaurant and hotel. This role is responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a Culinary team, all to ensure a sensational culinary experience for our guests and team members by creating culinary masterpieces.
Together with your Sous Chefs, you manage the daily kitchen operation, cost and inventory control, and cleanliness. You constantly train and develop a team of line-level culinary associates and are an integral part of menu development. Beyond, you let your creative juices flow with specials, seasonal menus, buy-outs and Chef Tables.

We're looking for someone who has experience in creating culinary masterpieces, inter-departmental collaboration, health and safety codes and employee relations. This role requires good communication and organizations skills, the ability to motivate, lead, and inspire teams along with a genuine desire to take care of others.
