• This regular part-time position is scheduled for 30 hours or less per week, including weekends, holidays, and special events. May occasionally work at other JIA retail locations.

Summary:
The Jekyll Island, Retail Operations Division, seeks outgoing, responsible, and energetic Guest Service staff to represent Jekyll Island and enhance the visitor experience at Mosaic, the Jekyll Island Museum. Under limited supervision, the Gift Shop Guest Service responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing exceptional customer service to visitors, performing sales transactions, and maintaining the appearance and stock items of the Gift Shop. This Gift Shop Guest Service position is part-time year-round and requires flexible scheduling, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Hours and days will vary.
