Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Clear tables and clean dining areas to maintain a clean and organized environment
- Process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent guest service

Skills:
- Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Ability to bus tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, handling cash, and making change accurately
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar restaurant management systems
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
- Outstanding guest service skills, ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons
- Time management abilities to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
