Normal working hours are Monday- Friday 6:00-5:00. Hours and Days will vary based on the needs of the department.

Demonstrates appropriate assessment of the patient and documents appropriately.
Plans patient care to achieve an optimal level of function based on nursing assessment, diagnoses, and/or medical treatment. Communicates the plan to patient and/or significant others level of understanding, and documents according to policy.
Implements patient care according to planned interventions and documents according to policy.
Evaluate patient status in relation to established goals and desired outcomes and revise the plan as indicated.
Demonstrates behaviors that promote professionalism, utilizing the principle of quality improvement.
Serves as a professional resource when needed, including assisting in co-worker training and orientation.
Demonstrates understanding of the role in all areas of conscious sedation and medication administration.
Demonstrates customer relations as a high priority in line with JCMG's mission, vision, and values.
Provides appropriate safety and infection control measures.
Education:
ADN or BSN degree
Experience:
Prefer 2-years of experience in the operating room setting
Certification/License:
RN license in the state of MO in good standing
Current BCLS certification
Current ACLS and PALS as needed certification (or obtain certifications within 6 months of employment)
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
